Our Company
W.H. Engineering Group is an engineering design, consulting, and management firm based in Irvine and San Jose, California. Our services include civil and structural engineering design, consulting, and land surveying services. Our mission is to provide the best level of engineering services and customer service to all of our clients.
Here at W.H., we are a group of licensed engineering experts who focus on creative solutions for complex engineering projects. Wai's expertise includes site grading, stormwater drainage design, hydrology study, stormwater quality management plans, calculating earthwork quantities, and utility design.

His projects cover a wide variety of sectors of the industry such as single-family, multi-family, retail, institutional, and healthcare across California, Arizona, Utah, Georgia, New York, Florida, and Hawaii. Dr. Xi also has experience in construction administration.
